Step 1: Select the device by clicking on the check box next to the device.
Step 2: Click on “Login”.
Step 3: Enter the username and password for the device.
Step 4: Click on “OK”.
Step 5: You have successfully signed in to your device if "Logged in" appears in the device status description.
Step 6: Click on “Upgrade”.
Step 7: There are two upgrade options, local upgrade and online upgrade. We will begin with an example of a local upgrade. Click “Local Upgrade”.
Step 8: Select the device by clicking on the check box next to the device.
Step 9: Click on “Upgrade”.
Step 10: Click on the folder icon to select the firmware file.
Step 11: Click on “OK”.
Step 12: Here is an example of an online upgrade. Click Online Upgrade.
Step 13: Click on “Upgrade”.
Step 14: If your device has new firmware, you will find information about it in the New Version and Release Time section.
Step 15: Click on “OK”.
