Step 1: Click on “Device Upgrade”.

Step 2: Please select the checkbox next to the device you wish to update.

Step 3: Click on “OK”.

Step 4: Click on “Browse” and select the appropriate firmware file for your device.
Step 5: Click “OK” and wait for the update to complete successfully.

If you do not have the firmware file to update your device, follow these steps to obtain the firmware file.

Step 6: Go to the official Dahua website (https://www.dahuasecurity.com/) and hover your cursor over the “Support” section.

Step 7: Click on “Download Center”.

Step 8: Click on “Firmware”.

Step 9: Enter the device model. You can usually find information about the model on the back of the device.
Step 10: Click on the “Search” icon.

Step 11: Click on the “Firmware” icon.

Step 12: Click "Agree to accept the license agreement", and the firmware file will begin downloading.
