Step 1: Click on “Device Management”.

Step 2: Click on “Online Device”.

Step 3: Move the bar to the right.

Step 4: Click on the key icon.

Step 5: Click Export to export the file that will be used later for device password reset.
Step 6: To insert the export file from the previous step, click the "three dots" icon.

Step 7: Create a new password and repeat it.
Step 8: Click on “OK”.
