Step 1: Go to the "Support" section of the official Hikvision website (https://www.hikvision.com/en/).

Step 2: Click on “Installation & Maintenance Tools”.

Step 3: Click on “HiTools Delivery”.

Step 4: Click on “Download”.

Step 5: Unzip file.

Step 6: To open the extracted folder, double-click on the folder.

Step 7: Double-click on the HiTools delivery file to start the installation process.

Step 8: Click on the check box.

Step 9: Click on “Next”.

Step 10: Click on “Next”.

Step 11: Click on “I Agree”.

Step 12: Click on “Install”.

Step 13: Click on “Finish”.

Step 14: To create a desktop shortcut and open the application directly, select the check box.
Step 15: Click on “Finish”.
