Step 1: Move the cursor to "Support" on the official Hikvision website (https://www.hikvision.com/au-en/).

Step 2: Click on “Installation & Maintenance Tools”.

Step 3: Click on “Batch Configuration”.

Step 4: Click on “Download”.

Step 5: Unzip file.

Step 6: To open the extracted folder, double-click on the folder.

Step 7: Double-click the batch configuration file to start the installation process.

Step 8: Click on the check box.
Step 9: Click on “Next”.

Step 10: Choose language.
Step 11: Click on “Next”.

Step 12: Click on “Install”.

Step 13: To create a desktop icon and open the application directly, select the check box.
Step 14: Click on “Completed”.
